Flat fee: In most cases we charge a flat fee for our services so that you know exactly where you stand. This means that you pay a single amount agreed upfront.

Hourly rate: Sometimes we may need to charge at an hourly rate such as where a client has very specific requirements or if we need to spend extra time working with you. Our hourly rate for collaborative services is R1,250.00. For separate legal work, such as Conscious Contracts, our fees are R1,750.00. For UK and international clients we charge competitively for the particular jurisdiction. 

Trade / Barter: We are also willing to trade services, skills and goods if this is mutually satisfactory.

Reduced fees / Pro bono: in exceptional circumstances we will charge a reduced fee or no fee.

Disbursements: we do charge for disbursements. For example, the Deeds Office charges a registration fee for antenuptial contracts which we pay on your behalf. We will always specify any disbursements clearly and upfront.
